How we made an impact

We implemented Salesforce CRM at Fey and integrated the platform with the existing SAP system, consolidating marketing, sales and after-sales strategies into a single customer view, a project that is part of an R$80 million investment in new technologies to drive the company's growth.

The challenge

One of Brazil's largest fastener manufacturers, with more than 750 employees and monthly production of 2,000 tons, Fey faced a critical gap: the lack of a platform that consolidated its marketing strategies with sales and after-sales initiatives. The existing ERP did not offer an integrated view of the customer, which limited the company's ability to understand and meet the specific needs of each client, compromising the excellence of its relationship operations.

Fey brought in BRQ to implement a solution that would deliver that 360° view, integrating with the SAP ecosystem already in operation.

“O CRM abraçou uma parte muito importante da companhia, que não era contemplada pelo nosso ERP e traz a consolidação das estratégias de marketing com as iniciativas comerciais, de pós-venda e relacionamento com o cliente, proporcionando mais visibilidade, controle e implantação de novas ações.”
Bruno Inácio da Maia Head of marketing and new business at Fey

What we did

In partnership with Fey, BRQ implemented Salesforce CRM and designed the integration with the existing SAP system, creating a more integrated and effective service strategy. The solution embraced areas the ERP did not cover: marketing, after-sales and relationship management, delivering visibility, control and agility in rolling out new sales initiatives.
